Shipping Policy

At Custom Accents, we partner with a variety of trusted carriers to ensure your orders arrive safely and efficiently. Below you will find the details regarding our rates, processing times, coverage areas, and freight policies.

1. Processing & Lead Times

  • In-Stock Items: Orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days following receipt of payment.

  • Business Days: Fulfillment takes place Monday through Friday, excluding national holidays.

2. Contiguous U.S. Shipping (Lower 48 States)

  • Free Shipping: Standard shipping is FREE on orders over $250.00 USD within the lower 48 contiguous United States.

  • Orders Under $250.00 USD: A flat-rate shipping fee of $19.95 USD applies at checkout.

3. Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories

  • Eligibility: Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territories are not eligible for the Free Shipping threshold. Contact customer service at orders@customaccents.com

4. Oversized & Freight Deliveries

  • UPS Exclusion: Oversized or exceptionally heavy items cannot be shipped via standard UPS ground shipping.

  • Delivery Scheduling: Freight carriers will typically contact you via phone prior to delivery to schedule a drop-off window. Please ensure an accurate contact number is provided at checkout.

5. Damaged Shipments & Claims

Important Note on Freight Deliveries: Please inspect all items thoroughly upon delivery before signing the carrier's Bill of Lading (BOL).

  • Freight Deliveries: If an oversized package arrives visibly damaged, note the damage on the delivery receipt/BOL before signing, or refuse the shipment entirely. Contact Custom Accents within 48 hours of receipt to report the issue.

  • Standard Deliveries (UPS/Parcel): If a parcel package arrives damaged, take photos of the package and contents, and contact our team within 5 business days of delivery so we can file a carrier claim and arrange a replacement.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our facility, you will receive an shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.
