Shipping Information

Custom Accents uses UPS* for our shipping needs. All shipping rates are based on weight and location of the shipping destination, as well as a Residential or Business address check. We have a daily pickup service with UPS and our turnaround time from order confirmation to shipping is very quick and efficient.

* Our shipping lead times are approximately three to five business days after receipt payment
* Oversized items are not eligible for UPS shipping
